As Scrum Master, led a team of developers in its first development with Scrum. Analyzed team metrics and trends to encourage the team toward minimization of Work in Progress and coordinated with management to ensure the team remained intact to benefit future programs. Encouraged team members to pursue scripting of all testing to provide basis for continuous testing.
Later, as Product Owner, helped the team transition from support of one program to three, managing the in-flow of backlog items prioritized based on program needs. To provide team focus within a sprint, backlog order was grouped by program to reduce context switching.
As Agile Champion, provided coaching to other programs regarding Agile practices and identification of Agile anti-patterns.

As a systems integrator, I have been responsible for maintaining lab environments and integrating software components for military avionics systems.
